Welcome to Dreamcatcher Massage!  VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ and fill in the health form below. 

** MALE GUESTS: This is a professional massage therapy studio. You will be covered with sheets and blankets the entire time. There will be ZERO inapproprate conversation or activity. If I feel I am not being treated professionally or you act inappropriately in any way, I will immediately end the session and you will be charged full price. I take my job very seriously. 

It is required to put a card on file in order to reserve your appointment. More information about this is below. You will recieve a link after you complete this form to place a card on file.

I hope these resources help you get to know me and my practice before you arrive! 

FREE ADD-ONS: I have "little luxury" options to choose from FREE of charge for all my sessions. I like to include these little extras because I believe the details make all the difference! Plus, they just enhance your comfort and relaxation, making your massage all the more amazing!  If you want any of these during your massage, just ask!​         

- I always include hot stones and warm towels on the back and neck. The warm stones are massaged on your back, neck and shoulders and a warm towel and pillow are placed under your neck while you're laying face up. ​​ 

- Aromatherapy is always included as well, if you so choose. Pick your favorite essential oil, or let me help you decide! Lavender is great for total relaxation, while eucalyptus and tea tree is good for allergies and colds. Orange and lemon do wonders for helping you feel refreshed and energized. I also have blends to help you feel focused and grounded. 

- Cold Roller Balls: These can be massaged over the face for a soothing feel on tired eyes, or to help with sinus pressure and migraines. They can also be used on the neck or anywhere with inflammation. 

- Guasha Face and Scalp Treatment: I use a guasha stone to massage the tension from your face and promote lymphatic drainage leaving your skin glowing. The scalp massage just feels amazing! This can be included at the end of your session for free, or added on to your time for $15.

- Weighted, heated rice pack for the back. After I finish working on your back, I have this warm wrap that will keep you cozy while I work on your legs and feet!

- Choose any massage style! I don't up-charge for anything.. so you can choose from deep tissue or sports massage or trigger point or a combination of everything without worrying about cost!

- Choose your own music! Not everyone likes spa music... if you prefer something else, feel free to play your own music from your phone! Some people even play rock-n-roll... hey, it's YOUR massage!​           

- There is a table warmer on the massage table, feel free to let me know if I need to turn it up or down, or turn it off.

I also have some amenities in the room, please help yourself to any of these little comforts!​         

- Towels to dry off any excess oil/lotion          

- Hair ties and combs to fix your hair back up         

- Insulated coffee cups with lids so that you can make some tea and

take the relaxation with you.         

- Makeup remover towelettes, chocolates and more!​​I hope these special little touches help to give you an amazing massage experience like never before!!

- CANCELLATION POLICY: Non Negotiable, please read.

For 1st time paying clients without a gift card, you will be sent a link to put a card on file in order to secure your appointment. You must give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule or you will be charged 50%.

If you give 8hrs or less notice of cancellation or you no-show, your card will be charged the full price. By signing this form you acknowledge you are aware of and agree to these policies.​

If you are using a gift card, you must give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. If you do not, 50% of the value of your gift card will be deducted. If you give 8hrs or less notice of cancellation or you no-show, your gift card will be marked as used.

I am always as fair as I can be with cancellations. I do understand emergencies and very rarely do I have to charge anyone. 

You will save $5 by paying in cash. Otherwise, I take cards via square, venmo/cash app.

Client Agreement

By signing below I understand and agree to the following:

Massage is provided for the purpose of relaxation/relief of muscular tension. If I experience any pain/discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform Leia so that the pressure may be adjusted to my comfort. I understand massage is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment & that I should see a physician, chiropractor or other health care specialist for any mental/physical illness. I participate in the activity at my sole risk and responsibility; I release, indemnify & hold harmless Leia Crowe and Dreamcatcher Massage from/against all & any actions or claims which may be made by me or on behalf of myself. I understand that massage is not sexual in any way. I have stated all known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly and to the best of my knowledge.

Covid Precautions: I affirm that I have not had any symptoms (fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing) in the last 14 days, nor have I knowingly been in contact with anyone who has symptoms. I have not traveled outside the US in the last 30 days, nor have I been in contact with anyone who has. I understand that Leia Crowe and Dreamcatcher Massage cannot be held liable for any exposure to the virus or any other contagion. I understand wearing a mask is optional for all parties. By signing below I understand and agree that I am getting services at my own risk and release Leia Crowe and Dreamcatcher Massage from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to Covid19. We have improved and expanded our sanitation protocols to more thoroughly fight the spread of Covid19 and other communicable conditions.
